We want you to help us refine the new draft Complementary and Alternative Medicine (CAM) policy.
The draft policy sets out expectations for physicians who practice CAM and physicians who wish to form professional affiliations with CAM clinics, therapies, products, or devices.
A new Advice to the Profession: Complementary and Alternative Medicine document has also been drafted to clarify and further explain the draft policy content.

Have your say:
We want to hear your thoughts on the new draft policy and the complementary and alternative medicine landscape more broadly. For example, some general questions we have include:
- Does the policy strike the right balance between protecting patients, respecting patient autonomy, and not unnecessarily impeding innovation and professional judgement?
- Does the policy provide useful guidance to support and enable the delivery of appropriate and high-quality complementary and alternative medicine?
- Are there issues not addressed in the policy that should be?
Or please answer the specific questions we have in our online survey regarding the draft policy content (click here to download the PDF list of questions).
Please provide your feedback by March 31, 2021.
