We want you to help us update our current Planning for and Providing Quality End-of-Life Care policy.
The policy sets out expectations for physicians in planning for, as well as providing end-of-life care to patients. We are reviewing the policy to make sure it sets the right expectations and provides helpful guidance to physicians, and we want your feedback at this early stage to help inform what changes we make.
An Advice to the Profession: Planning for and Providing Quality End-of-Life Care document also accompanies the policy, providing guidance on how the obligations in the policy can be effectively discharged.
