We want you to help us update our current Medical Assistance in Dying policy.
This policy helps physicians understand their legal obligations with respect to medical assistance in dying (MAID) and sets out professional expectations for issues not addressed in the legislation.
An Advice to the Profession: Medical Assistance in Dying document also accompanies the policy, providing general advice or guidance on specific practice issues.
